Slow Juice & smoothie

 

Cold pressing is natural way of pressing fruits and vegetables where the juice is separated through squeezing, grinding and pressing. 

Due to the fact that a low RPM rate is applied to extract the juice, it takes slightly longer to prepare it, but not much heat is produced or required in the process.  In this way cold pressed juice remains longer fresh, retains true fruit color longer, has more flavor and stronger aroma, in addition to intact nutrients.
